FAQ

  • Do I eat them everyday?
Absolutely! When used on a daily consistent basis, seed cycling has been shown to decrease hormonal acne, support irregular cycles, fight bloating and fatigue, and support general PMS. Consistency is key when it comes to balancing your hormones naturally and improving well being!
  • What if my period arrives early or late and is not the exact 28 day cycle?
We recommend maintaining the 2-week rotation, regardless of your period's timing. For instance, if you're still eating the luteal phase seeds and your period arrives early, continue with the 14-day cycle until you have finished the last bag labelled Day 28. Then switch to the follicular phase and start eating Day 1. The same applies if your period is running late. For instance, if you've finished Day 28, which is the the the last pack of the luteal phase, but your period hasn't started, begin the follicular phase with Day 1 as scheduled. Staying on track with this rotation will help your body establish a healthier menstrual cycle rhythm and guide you back on course.
  • What do I eat the seeds with?
You can add them on top of your favorite smoothie, chia pudding, yogurt, oatmeal or toss them into a salad or stew. You can even eat the seeds on their own!
  • Can I still seed cycle if I don't have a regular menstrual cycle? How do I know when to start?
If you are not getting your period, we recommend starting Day 1 with the next new moon date, and then continue eating the pack of seeds with each corresponding day to gently restore your menstrual cycle.
